By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bengbat platform available at bengbat.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bengbat. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through the bengbat platform, including but not limited to: creating an account, making deposits or withdrawals, placing bets on sports markets, participating in casino games, claiming bonuses or promotional offers, and contacting customer support. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

bengbat operates as an online gaming and sports betting service. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bengbat operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through bengbat's internal complaints procedure before any external resolution mechanism is pursued.

bengbat is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place bets, or participate in any game or promotional offer on the bengbat platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. bengbat takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and enforces age verification rigorously.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use bengbat:

1. You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a company, trust, or other legal entity unless expressly permitted in writing by bengbat.
2. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify the applicable laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You have not previously been self-excluded from bengbat or had your account closed for breach of these Terms. Attempting to re-register after exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party. Each bengbat account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.
5. You are not a bengbat employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

bengbat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bengbat may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by a verified minor will be returned via the original payment method; any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.

To access the full range of bengbat services, you must register a single account by completing the registration process accurately. Each individual may hold only one active account on the bengbat platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times — are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration you will be required to provide the following information, all of which must be accurate and verifiable:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh (used for account security and payment verification).
• Your current residential address in Bangladesh.
• A chosen username and secure password for accessing the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bengbat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bengbat immediately and change your password without delay. bengbat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

bengbat reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time during the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to first withdrawal, on reaching certain cumulative transaction thresholds, or whenever bengbat's risk management systems flag a concern. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).

All financial transactions on bengbat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bengbat supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

The following transaction limits apply across the bengbat platform. bengbat reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected players:

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that matches the name on your verified bengbat account. bengbat will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a different name, or accounts not previously used to make a deposit on the platform. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players from unauthorised withdrawals.

bengbat reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where bengbat has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. In such cases, bengbat will notify the affected player and request any additional documentation required to resolve the matter promptly.

Deposits that have not been wagered at least once prior to a withdrawal request may be subject to a processing review. bengbat does not permit the use of the platform as a money transfer service; accounts displaying deposit-withdrawal patterns consistent with such use will be reviewed and may be closed.

bengbat offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prize pools, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bengbat bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. One bonus per household: Each player, household, IP address, device, and payment method is eligible to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Where no multiplier is explicitly stated, a default of 20x the bonus amount applies.
3. Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%); sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on odds and market type. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's page.
4. Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the account balance automatically.
5. Minimum odds for sports bonuses: Where a sports bonus is subject to minimum odds requirements, bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering. The applicable minimum odds will be stated on the promotion detail page.
6. Withdrawal during active bonus: Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus balance is present will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings. Only real-money balances are withdrawable at that point.
7. Abuse and exploitation: bengbat reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any form of exploitation of promotional offers. Any bet identified as being placed with the primary purpose of meeting wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting") may be disqualified at bengbat's sole discretion.

bengbat maintains the integrity of its platform by enforcing a strict code of conduct for all registered players. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bengbat platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance frozen pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity forfeited.

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Creating an account using false personal details, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual or entity.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per individual for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming welcome bonuses multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on bengbat.
• Cheating software and bots: Using any automated software, artificial intelligence tool, script, bot, or other system designed to interact with the bengbat platform in a non-human manner or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Money laundering: Using bengbat for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime, or in a manner inconsistent with legitimate personal gaming activity. bengbat complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with a bank, card issuer, or mobile financial service in bad faith where the transaction relates to a legitimate bengbat deposit. bengbat reserves the right to recover the value of any disputed transaction from outstanding account balances.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward any bengbat customer support team member or other employee in any communication channel.

bengbat uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will trigger an immediate account review. Players subject to an investigation will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information, except in cases where notification would compromise the integrity of the investigation.

bengbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a self-exclusion request, or detection of activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Players also have the right to close their own bengbat account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. A request for voluntary account closure will be processed within 48 hours. Prior to closure, any outstanding verified balance will be paid out to the player's preferred withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any active bonus balance (which will be forfeited upon closure).

Account suspensions are typically temporary measures applied while an investigation is ongoing. During a suspension, the player cannot log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. bengbat will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution to the extent that doing so does not compromise the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bengbat reserves the right to withhold any balance up to the value of any demonstrated loss suffered by bengbat as a result of the breach. Any remaining balance after deduction of such losses will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bengbat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the bengbat platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if bengbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bengbat makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bengbat will endeavour to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where reasonably practicable.

bengbat is not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, government action, civil unrest, or failures of third-party payment processing systems (including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, or banking infrastructure failures).

In any event, bengbat's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bengbat account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bengbat's liability for death or personal injury caused by bengbat's own negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bengbat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. bengbat's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
